In order to close the gap between the issues you’d like to discuss at the conference and what is actually covered on the day, we are introducing a new format:

The KIWI
When you register, we will ask you to share some major challenges you would like to discuss, both in general and in the streams you select. We will compile everyone’s replies into the KIWI: the Key Issues Wish List. The KIWI will be shared with all speakers in advance and will be the starting point for discussions in the streams.

Stream Executive Summaries
Following the presentations in each stream session, you will participate in a round table discussion and
benchmarking session to explore the key issues. Working with the chair and your peers, you will agree an
executive summary of the main points discussed in the stream.

The KOALA
We will compile the executive summaries from all 4 streams into a document called the KOALA: Key Outcomes and Learnings. In the final session, at your round tables, you will compare the KIWI to the KOALA, and agree some outstanding issues to put to our panel in a facilitated Q&A. The KOALA, along with your own notes from this final session, should give you something of real value to take back to the office.
