Jonathan Perks MBE

Jonathan is Managing Director of Board & Executive Coaching at Penna, and focuses on high performance leaders and teams. He is a Board Level Leadership Coach and inspirational speaker and is known as a leader who grows other leaders. Jonathan's life purpose is to help other leaders achieve inspiring performance in their organisations. He is a fully accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In recognition of his success in the leadership field, he was recently invited to become a Fellow of the RSA.

Paul Barker is an accredited executive coach with extensive experience of coaching Chief Executive Officers and senior level executives internationally. As Director of Coaching for Logica, he has designed and delivered a broad range of leadership development and strategic change programmes across the Group. These have included programmes focused on developing ‘top talent’, improving business operational effectiveness, ‘on-boarding’ senior level new appointments and post-acquisition integration.

Paul has over 24 years experience in the IT, Financial Services and Telecommunications industries, including project management, consultancy, sales & marketing, account management and senior line of business Director roles.

Geraldine Haley

Geraldine Haley is Global Head of Talent Management & Leadership Development for Standard Chartered Bank and a Chartered Psychologist. She has over twenty years experience in international human resources with a career that spans both specialist and generalist roles. She worked in Asia for eight years, latterly as the Global Head of HR & Training for Wholesale Banking before returning to the corporate head office in London in 2001 to head Leadership Development and Executive Development. This involved personally coaching the top 80 leaders worldwide in addition to establishing a new suite of executive programmes, both underpinned by a strengths based philosophy which she has personally championed. In 2006 she was asked to oversee Talent Management for SCB which involves shaping the strategic talent agenda to fuel SCB’s success and growth plans. Her current professional interests include Diversity & Inclusion, how to transform a company into a “talent factory” and understanding future leadership capabilities.
Jayne Mee

Jayne joined the Barratt Group in late 2006. Jayne has over 20 years’ experience in HR having held a similar position at the Spirit Group, Punch Taverns PLC, and positions as Director of Organisation Development at both Royal Mail Group and Whitbread. She is also a Board Director at Nottingham Playhouse Theatre.
